  • We were unable to  deliver the service as promised

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The app build process has already started or completed
  • You change your mind after purchase
  • Delay caused by missing information from your side
  • App rejection due to violation of Google Play or Apple App Store policies
  • Issues caused by third-party services or integrations

4. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription payments (monthly plans) are generally non-refundable after billing
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges
  • No partial refunds for unused time

5. Lifetime Plans

  • Lifetime deals are one-time payments and are generally non-refundable once service has started
  • Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
